As the founder of Solvara, Anthony brings more than a decade of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial construction in South East Queensland. A QBCC-licensed open builder, he leads with a disciplined, hands-on approach, focused on creating genuine value through thoughtful planning, precise execution, and delivering places people are proud to live in.
Stacey leads operations and governance at Solvara, bringing a strong legal foundation and extensive operational experience to the business. With a law degree and further training in bookkeeping and real estate, she provides a disciplined, well-rounded approach to governance, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Leveraging her broad experience, Stacey oversees internal processes, risk management, and governance frameworks that support clear decision-making and responsible growth. Her work ensures Solvara operates with structure, transparency, and accountability across every project.

Solvara was created out of a deep frustration with short-term thinking in property development. For years, our founder applied his skills, energy, and creativity to projects that ultimately served someone else’s vision. Time and again, he saw opportunity constrained by caution, convention, and a reluctance to think differently.
