These projects represent developments we were directly involved in prior to founding Solvara. While they were delivered under other organisations, they reflect the experience, judgement, and on-the-ground capability we bring to every Solvara project.

Capital Court

Varsity Lakes (2023)

A landmark $100m+ residential development designed to deliver premium living experiences. This project set a benchmark in quality, blending modern design with lifestyle-focused amenities.

Sports Hall

Aspley (2021)

A $10m indoor sports facility with full-size courts and spectator seating, built for community recreation and competition use.

Data Centre

Brisbane (2019)

A $30m purpose-built data facility with demanding technical, building-services and security requirements. Delivered to the reliability and uptime standards that data operations depend on.

Service Centre

Charlton (2016)

A $10m highway service hub incorporating multi-tenancy retail spaces and refuelling facilities. Strategically located, it provides convenience and essential services for both travellers and locals.

18 Apartments

Petrie (2019)

A $10m residential project delivering 18 apartments. A Class 2 build completed to meet strong local housing demand, with a layout focused on liveable, well-priced homes rather than maximum unit count.

Truck Stop

Rockhampton (2018)

An $8m heavy-vehicle service stop on a major freight route, with fuel, retail, dining and driver facilities. Built to handle long-haul truck volumes, with the site layout and access designed around large vehicle movement.
